The space

The penthouse located on the fifth floor of a recently built building is accessible by an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, consisting of two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

The living area is characterized by a modern and functional open space design. Among the provided amenities, you will find a washing machine and a dishwasher, making your stay even more convenient. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, American coffee maker, moka pot, kettle, electric oven, electric stove, and various types of dishes to satisfy those who love cooking at home.

Inside the apartment, in addition to towels of various sizes for each guest, you will find a complimentary welcome kit provided by the house, bed sheets, blankets, duvets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

On the street level of the condominium, you will find the pool, accessible through a security gate. The pool with varying depths ensures safe use, even for children. The pool is open from 9:00 to 20:00 and is heated during the winter months.

Guest access

The penthouse is located on the 5th floor of a recently built building, equipped with 2 spacious elevators, and the corridors and interior spaces are sufficiently wide to allow access with a wheelchair if needed.

The condominium pool is accessible with a special key provided at check-in. The pool opening hours are from 9:00 to 20:00, and it is heated during the winter months. The pool has varying depths to ensure safe use, even for children.

The tranquil Golf del Sur area, just a 10-minute drive from Tenerife-South Airport, is developed in various residential complexes just steps away from the ocean.

The residential complexes are surrounded by golf courses that extend to the ocean, offering an incredibly well-maintained backdrop and exceptional views of the Teide Mountain Range directly from the coast.

For those who do not wish to rent a car, right in front of the complex where the penthouse is located, there is a TAXI stand and BUS stop 7283 from which you can reach the airport and numerous parts of the island.

From the promenade along the cliffs and golf courses, you can descend to numerous volcanic beaches, or a few meters away from the apartment, you can reach the tourist center with bars, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

In about a 25-minute walk along the beautiful promenade, you can reach the nearby village of Los Abrigos with excellent seafood restaurants.

**House Rules and Good Conduct Manual**

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is agreed with the guest based on their preferred arrival time; generally, it is scheduled after 3:00 PM, but if possible, it can be arranged earlier. Check-out is set for 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow efficient cleaning and preparation of the apartment. Check-in after 12:00 AM is allowed with a supplementary fee of €20.

Pets:
Pets are allowed, maximum size 15kg, with an ADDITIONAL COST of €40 for cleaning and sanitizing the premises.

Reporting Issues:
Any problems or malfunctions must be reported immediately to Simone or the person who handled the check-in. Loss of keys incurs a fee of €50.

Respect for Other Guests:
Please maintain an acceptable noise level, especially during nighttime, to ensure the rest of other guests in the building.

Cleaning and Hygiene:
Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Use the trash bins and follow local recycling procedures if applicable.

No Smoking:
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas outside.

Emergencies:
In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. For other urgent matters related to the apartment, contact Simone or the person who handled the check-in.
