L'attico si trova al 5° piano di un edificio di recente costruzione, dotato di 2 spaziosi ascensori, e i corridoi e gli spazi interni sono sufficientemente ampi da consentire l'accesso anche a persone in sedia a rotelle. La piscina condominiale è accessibile tramite una chiave speciale fornita al check-in. La piscina è aperta dalle 9:00 alle 20:00 ed è riscaldata durante i mesi invernali. La piscina ha profondità variabili per garantire un utilizzo sicuro, anche per i bambini. La tranquilla zona di Golf del Sur, a soli 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Tenerife Sud, è composta da diversi complessi residenziali a pochi passi dall'oceano. I complessi residenziali sono circondati da campi da golf che si estendono fino al mare, offrendo uno scenario incredibilmente curato e viste eccezionali sulla catena montuosa del Teide direttamente dalla costa. Per chi non desidera noleggiare un'auto, proprio di fronte al complesso in cui si trova l'attico, sono presenti una stazione dei taxi e la fermata dell'autobus 7283 da cui è possibile raggiungere l'aeroporto e numerose zone dell'isola. Dal lungomare che costeggia le scogliere e i campi da golf, si può scendere verso numerose spiagge vulcaniche, oppure, a pochi metri dall'appartamento, si può raggiungere il centro turistico con bar, negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Con una passeggiata di circa 25 minuti lungo il bellissimo lungomare, si raggiunge il vicino villaggio di Los Abrigos, con i suoi eccellenti ristoranti di pesce.
