Guest access

The apartment is located on the second floor of the complex and is accessed by stairs.

Access to the complex’s pool is possible with a private magnetic card, and guests can use sunbeds and deck chairs available by the pool.

Within the complex, there is a poolside bar, a restaurant, a hairdresser, and a reception where you can book excursions or transportation.

From the apartment, you can easily reach the city center either on foot or by car without covering long distances.

Just 300 meters away is the ocean, which you can access directly by descending from the cliffside promenade, allowing you to choose the preferred access point to the ocean.

The Tenerife South Airport is located only 8 km away, reachable in just 10 minutes from the apartment by car or taxi.

Within a radius of 5 km, you can find pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as the industrial area of Las Chafiras.

For those who do not wish to rent a car, it is possible to reach the apartment directly from Tenerife South Airport by bus (the nearest stop is GOLF PLAZA), which takes approximately 20 minutes. Afterward, you can walk to the apartment, which is 1 km away, following Av. María Ángeles Ascanio Cullen.

The residential complexes are surrounded by golf courses that extend to the ocean, providing an incredibly manicured backdrop and exceptional views of the Teide Mountain Range directly from the coast.

From the promenade along the cliffs and golf courses, you can descend to numerous volcanic beaches along the ocean or head to the center of the more populated Golf del Sur area, with a small tourist center featuring bars, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

In about a 35-minute walk along the beautiful promenade, you can reach the nearby town of Los Abrigos with excellent restaurants for seafood lovers.

**House Rules and Good Conduct Manual**

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is agreed with the guest based on their preferred arrival time; generally, it is scheduled after 3:00 PM, but if possible, it can be arranged earlier. Check-out is set for 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow efficient cleaning and preparation of the apartment. Check-in after 12:00 AM is allowed with a supplementary fee of €20.

Pets:
Pets are allowed, maximum size 15kg, with an ADDITIONAL COST of €40 for cleaning and sanitizing the premises.

Reporting Issues:
Any problems or malfunctions must be reported immediately to Simone or the person who handled the check-in. Loss of keys incurs a fee of €50.

Respect for Other Guests:
Please maintain an acceptable noise level, especially during nighttime, to ensure the rest of other guests in the building.

Cleaning and Hygiene:
Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Use the trash bins and follow local recycling procedures if applicable.

No Smoking:
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas outside.

Emergencies:
In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. For other urgent matters related to the apartment, contact Simone or the person who handled the check-in.
