Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be possible, depending on availability.
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
• Late check-in: For arrivals after midnight, a €40 surcharge applies.
Please respect these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Pets
• Pets are welcome up to a maximum weight of 15 kg.
• A €40 cleaning fee applies for extra sanitation after your stay.
Please do not leave pets unattended inside the apartment.

Reporting Issues
Any issues, malfunctions, or damage must be reported immediately to Simone through the booking platform or to the person who checked you in.
In case of lost keys, a €50 fee will be charged for replacement.
